ACS | Pete Dospel Construction, LLC strives to deliver distinctive custom builds with the highest level of integrity. We achieve this by engaging you during every phase of the project, providing 100% open accounting and treating everyone involved in the project with absolute respect and honesty.
Most of our projects are done on under a cost plus contract. We work closely with all subcontractors to ensure your project is complete on time and on-budget.
Our Story
Pete Dospel, a Florida Licensed General Contractor (CGC #1513827), started Pete Dospel Construction, LLC – also doing business as Architectural Construction Solutions | ACS – in 2005. Coming from a construction family, Pete started his career in masonry and concrete. He has extensive knowledge of structural engineering and construction – a critical skill when building on a barrier island. Leading a team of trusted subcontractors, ACS | Pete Dospel Construction has managed hundreds of complex projects on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key and in Bradenton and Sarasota.
In addition to traditional construction, Pete Dospel is a commercial diver with underwater construction expertise.
